A father to three amazing boys and a husband to my best friend. I have grown up in the area and am forever in love with the Pacific Northwest.
I enjoy growing plants of all kinds (especially native plants), herding our colorful flock of backyard chickens, standing below old trees, and snapping photographs on a variety of vintage cameras I've collected through the years.
I would describe myself as more introverted and quiet (but can be chatty around those I know well), down-to-earth, bit witty with a dry sense of humor, always curious, a visual thinker, honest, empathetic, and a good listener.
Graduated from Gladstone High School, Clackamas Community College and Portland State University. So I'm very much local.
I was a Professional Photographer & Visual Designer prior to becoming an Independent Contractor in 2024.
Professionally, I had been a Photographer since 2008 and a Designer since 2014. Following a layoff in the Winter of '23, I found myself needing (and wanting) to make a change.
I had always been one to take on our home improvement projects whenever possible, and have always enjoyed helping others with theirs. I had reasoned that if I could do the work successfully and score new tools in the process, it was a Win Win 🏆.
Come Spring of 2024 I started the process of becoming an 'Independent General Contractor'.
Now I get to apply my attention to detail, thoughtful planning, tricky problem-solving, creativity, and desire to help others into what is Ingersoll General Services.
(This also means even more tools!)
Win Win...Win.
