Complete Our Project Request Form

Fill out and submit a Project Request Form. We will review your submission and respond within 48 business hours (M-F).

Schedule a 1-Hour Consult Visit*

For the majority of Projects we will ask that you schedule a Consult Visit for us to go over your Project in more detail. We will email you a link to set one up.

An Estimate for the Work

We will email you a rough estimate for your Project to review. If over $2,000, we will also draft a Written Contract for both parties to agree to and sign before work can begin.

Schedule a Date for Your Project

Let us know what your availability is and we'll find a time that works for all. A downpayment may be required before we begin work.**

Project Work Begins

During this process we will give timely updates and make adjustments to the Project as needed.

Your Project is Complete!

Hurray! All that is left will likely be a Final Invoice. If you find any issues after the fact, we'll do our best to resolve them.

*We charge $75.00 for all Consult Visits. This payment can be credited towards your Project if Contracted within 30 days of our Visit.

**Any downpayment required for us to begin your Project will be addressed in the Written Contract from Step 4. This requirement may depend on the Scope of the Project, Material to Labor Ratio, and the length of our professional relationship.

Billing Overview

Our Approach is Simple

What We Bill

Labor by the Hour + Costs Incurred

And that's all!

We want to make it simple and affordable, so we don't provide locked-in quotes. Projects change and so should what you pay in the end of it all. Billing by the hour helps to ensure fairness between both parties.

What Counts as Labor?

All on-site labor as well as any pre/post work (i.e., research, planning, prepping, purchasing, delivery etc.)

What are Costs Incurred?

Can include materials purchased for the project, single use items, any required rental equipment costs, and fees paid on your behalf to complete the job in full.

Examples of Fees

Waste Disposal – $150 + Weight Cost Incurred
Single Sample Lab Testing
– $150

When We Bill

We Invoice at then end of every month with a 14-Day payment window. We also send a final invoice once a Project has been completed 🥳.

How We Bill

We use Stripe for handling our Invoices and Payment Processing. You will receive an email with a link to pay via Card, or if you'd prefer you can always pay by check or cash in-person.
